Aufbau des Vaku VIP:
  • Kern + Folienummantelung

B2

Specification:
  • Core + film covering

  • The core of the insulation panel consists of pressed powder, whose main component is micro-porous silica. Other components include opacifiers to minimise infrared radiation, and cellulose fibres to improve mechanical stability.

  • Using a special process, Vaku-Isotherm GmbH wraps the core material with a gas and water-vapour-proof, plastic composite foil, and then evacuates and seals it.

Additional technical information is available in the current data sheet.

Applications

In construction industry areas that require approval, for example in the application areas of DAD, DAA, DZ, DL, DEO, WAB, WAA, WH, WTR, and WL, in accordance with DIN 4108-10, table 1.

Features
  • vakuVIP B2 has received building authority approval via DIBt Berlin, under the number Z-23.11-1851 (v. 11.11.2013)

  • Ultra high-performance insulation with low thickness and extremely low coefficient of thermal conductivity

  • Implementation of hitherto unfeasible insulation solutions
Vacuum insulation has a long service life

  • The panel core is non-flammable and has been assigned fire class A1

  • When installing, this product must be additionally protected with appropriate lower and upper materials

Gum-1 & Gum-2

Specification:
  • Gum-1: core + foil covering (VIP) with single-sided 3 mm rubber granulate lining

  • Gum-2: core + foil covering (VIP) with double-sided 3 mm rubber granulate lining

  • The VIP is protected by a 3 mm thick rubber granulate lining on one side (Gum-1), or on both sides (Gum-2)

  • The core of the insulation panel consists of a pressed powder, whose main component is micro-porous silica. Other components include opacifiers to minimise infrared radiation and cellulose fibres to improve mechanical stability.

  • Using a special process, Vaku-Isotherm GmbH wraps the core material with a gas and water-vapour-proof, metallised plastic composite foil, and then evacuates and seals it.

Applications

Optimum solution as high-performance floor insulation
Insulation of flat roofs
Insulation of roof terraces
Insulation of floors in cold storage houses

Features
  • Vacuum insulation panels (VIP) are lined with single or double-sided 3 mm rubber granulate mat

  • This greatly simplifies installation because operators can freely step on VIPs during work

  • Ultra high-performance insulation with low thickness and extremely low coefficient of thermal conductivity

  • Durable insulation solution with a long service life.

  • It is possible, for example, to achieve level floor construction of indoor and outdoor floors for terraces with living spaces underneath

  • The panel core is non-flammable and has been assigned fire class A-1
